At AlphaTutors Child Safety is our number one priority. All of our teachers hold an enhanced CRB check and are fully qualified to ensure that pupils develop in a safe learning environment. Every child under the care of AlphaTutors is also fully insured. We also undertake regular child safety audits to ensure that out child protection and health and safety policy is upheld.
Qualifications
Every member of staff employed by AlphaTutors has to undertake a thorough job application process to ensure that we only employ the most experienced, passionate teachers. Character references are always requested prior to employment and a full enhanced CRB must be completed prior to working for AlphaTutors.
All teachers are part of the AlphaTutors Training Program where amongst other things, matters of health and safety and child protection policy are discussed to ensure that every member of the teaching team is fully briefed prior to working with children within schools.
In-School
We regularly monitor our staff working in schools through both observing their lessons and also keeping in regular contact with the Head-teacher and education co-ordinator in school. This is again to ensure that all pupils develop in a safe learning environment.
