Alphatutors will promote and run lunchtime sports clubs for your school, with a programme of sessions to suit the specific needs of the school and groups participating in the scheme. Our staff will work actively to increase the numbers attending and develop their skills through our structured sessions.
Our programmes of activities provide:
- Children with access to fun and educational sessions in a familiar school setting.
- Supporting social skills and co-operation with peers.
- Developing team building skills.
- Children with behaviour problems who can find the unstructured nature of lunchtime difficult to have purposeful and structured sessions. This will impact positively, reducing behaviour incidents at lunch time, leading to a more constructive beginning to the afternoon learning sessions.
- Improving gross motor skills for children with physical difficulties.
- Improving fine motor skills and hand-eye co-ordination which will support writing skills and pencil control.
As with our in-school provision, a key strength of incorporating our breakfast club sessions to your school day is the effort we make to maintain a two way process in terms of planning and delivering to the needs of each individual school, catering specifically for the needs of the children in your school.
This aspect of our teaching will enhance the physical literacy and skills of the pupils in your school, with schemes available to work with small groups, classes or school teams.
Each session will be reviewed and evaluated to allow us to maintain our high standards of delivery, and your feedback will be a key feature in enabling us to maintain a high quality service.
