AlphaTutors is a company that prides itself on recruiting the highest calibre tutors. We look for tutors with a strong academic or teaching record. However, we also require our tutors to be conscientious and highly organised. Due to these demands, we ensure our tutors are provided with competitive rates of pay and a supportive environment to allow them to develop tutorials in a professional manner.
AlphaTutors understands the commitments of our tutors and therefore offer a flexible working environment. Tutors are free to decide how many hours they want to work each week and have several options in location of tutorials too. Tutorials can either be online (using web-conferencing technology, email and messenger accounts) or face to face (either at the student or tutor’s home or at a convenient neutral location). In order, to make the management of your tutorials, as easy as possible, our unique tutor administration system has been designed to allow you to manage both your tutorial diary and payments online.
Our students are diverse, ranging from business clients to pupils wanted help with GCSE revision. Because of the diversity of our students, we have continual tutorial requests throughout the year. Our rates of remuneration are up to £40 per hour.
